At The Theatre Room, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our returns policy is designed to address issues with damaged products while ensuring the integrity of our custom installations. Please review our returns policy below:
Equipment Returns
- Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
- We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our quality control process.
Installation Services
As our installation services are custom-tailored to your space, they are non-returnable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
Process for Returns
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item.
- Provide details about the damage and, if requested, send photos of the damaged item.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the damaged item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that non-damaged items are not eligible for return due to the custom nature of our home theatre solutions.
