At The Theatre Room, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our returns policy is designed to address issues with damaged products while ensuring the integrity of our custom installations. Please review our returns policy below:

Equipment Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
  • We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our quality control process.

Installation Services

As our installation services are custom-tailored to your space, they are non-returnable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item.
  2. Provide details about the damage and, if requested, send photos of the damaged item.
  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Pack the damaged item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that non-damaged items are not eligible for return due to the custom nature of our home theatre solutions.
