Equipment Refunds

  • Full refunds are issued for unopened, unused equipment returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for opened or used equipment, subject to inspection.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Installation Services

Due to the custom nature of our installation services, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with our work, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Exceptions

  • Defective items will be fully refunded or replaced at no additional cost.
  • Custom-ordered or specially configured items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
